Trial, billing, refunds, and cancellation—made simple.

Start your 14-day free trial with a payment method. You are charged $0 today, and your subscription begins automatically when the trial ends. Cancel before then to avoid a charge, and your first payment is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee.

14-day free trial

A payment method is required to start, and $0 is charged today. Your subscription begins automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel first.

Cancel renewal anytime

Cancel a scheduled or active subscription from Settings → Billing. You keep access through the end of your current trial or paid period.

30-day money-back guarantee

Your first Monthly or Annual subscription payment is refundable if requested within 30 calendar days of the charge.

How the free trial works

Eligible new customers may try the complete Lulu Ledger product free for 14 days.

When the trial ends, your subscription starts automatically and your payment method is charged. To avoid that charge, cancel before the trial-end date shown in your account.

Choosing a paid plan

You may choose Monthly or Annual billing during your trial or after it ends.

Before you subscribe, you will be shown:

Your payment method is not charged until the displayed trial-end date. After the first payment, the subscription renews monthly or annually unless you cancel renewal.

If you subscribe after the trial has ended, your first payment is charged when you subscribe.

Founder pricing

Founder pricing is limited to the first 300 qualifying customers whose first subscription payment is successfully processed. Starting a trial or scheduling a subscription does not reserve Founder pricing.

Once assigned, the Founder rate remains available while the subscription stays continuously active. If the subscription expires and you return later, the pricing available at reactivation will apply.

Canceling during your trial

Because a payment method is required to start, your subscription begins automatically when the trial ends. To avoid a charge, cancel through Settings → Billing before the displayed trial-end deadline.

Canceling the scheduled subscription:

Your account will show that no payment is scheduled.

Canceling a paid subscription

You may cancel renewal at any time through Settings → Billing. If you cannot access billing settings, contact Lulu Ledger Support.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Until then, you may continue using Lulu Ledger.

After canceling:

Canceling does not create a prorated refund for unused time.

30-day money-back guarantee

Your first Monthly or Annual subscription payment is eligible for a full refund if you request it within 30 calendar days of the charge.

This protection:

After the 30-day period, subscription payments are generally non-refundable.

Lulu Ledger may provide refunds or account credits for duplicate charges, confirmed billing errors, refunds required by law, or other exceptional circumstances approved by Lulu Ledger.

Renewals

Monthly and Annual subscriptions renew automatically unless renewal is canceled before the next billing date.

Renewal payments are non-refundable, and no prorated refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.

Where required by applicable law, Lulu Ledger will provide advance notice before an Annual subscription renews.

Failed payments

If a subscription payment fails, Lulu Ledger or its payment provider may retry the payment and ask you to update your payment method.

Lulu Ledger generally provides a seven-day payment-recovery period. If the payment remains unresolved, product access may be paused until the balance is paid or a new subscription is started.

Account access and data retention

When a trial or paid subscription expires:

Lulu Ledger generally retains eligible account data for 90 days after access ends so that you can reactivate without starting over. Lulu Ledger may provide notice before eligible account data is scheduled for deletion, but customers are responsible for exporting needed records before access ends and keeping their contact information current.

After the retention period, eligible account data may be deleted or anonymized, subject to backup cycles and records we must retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, billing, tax, accounting, or financial purposes.

Export any records you need before your trial or paid access ends. You may also request earlier account deletion. Account deletion does not create a refund.

Requesting a refund or getting help

To request a refund or ask about a trial, cancellation, or charge, email support@lululedger.com or contact Lulu Ledger Support through the Help Center.

Include:

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
